Susan gained her Juris Doctor from the South Texas College of Law and got her Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of San Diego. Prior to her legal practice, she was a diplomat with the U.S. Department of State, where she served in multiple countries around the world.
She’s been a member of the California State Bar since 2002 and the Texas State Bar since 2000. She brings her knowledge and experience in taxation to her practice as an estate planning attorney.
Susan is dedicated to working with clients to process their cases smoothly. She is more than willing to assist clients in managing trusts, handling probates, and planning their estates.
Her understanding of tax laws and provisions stems from her LL.M. in taxation. Whether clients are looking to handle estate taxes or assessing income and estate tax relationships, Susan helps them reach their goals.
She understands how daunting it can be to manage one’s estate. As Weiner Law’s Senior Associate Attorney, Susan is happy to walk with clients in every aspect of doing so.
