ViaCheff Participates in SoFlo Cake and Candy Expo 2017 in Miami

ViaCheff is present at South Florida's largest cake and candy expo to create awareness of the confectionery products they import from Brazil and demostrate how they can be used to create delicious Brazilian desserts.

ViaCheff is at SoFlo Cake 2017, South Florida’s largest and most interactive Cake and Candy Expo hosted by Sweet Life Cake and Candy Supply Store, introducing the American market to its mission of supporting confectioners, encouraging those who are considering starting a confectionery business, and inspiring everyday people to have fun making great desserts at home.
ViaCheff opened in the United States in March of 2016 with the initial goal of reaching the Brazilian and Latin-American markets in the United States with top-quality confectionery products from trusted Brazilian brands like Mavalério and BWB Embalagens. In this short period of time, ViaCheff established an active community of more than 32,000 fans on Facebook and conquered clients in 25 different states in the four corners and practically every region of the United States.
Most recently, ViaCheff decided to expand its reach by creating an English version of its website and starting a new community at Facebook.com/ViaCheffUSA in the English language.
ViaCheff’s purpose for participating in SoFlo Cake 2017 is to continue reaching the Brazilian and Latin-American market while, at the same time, create awareness of the company’s expansion to reach those whose primary language is English.
When asked what they were doing to create this awareness at the fair, Daniel Coutinho, Vice President of ViaCheff, said, “We’re doing this by providing training on how to use products, networking with other confectioners and making great products available to the public. After just one night of shows, we were able to interact face-to-face with people from all backgrounds, letting them taste and see how easy and fun it is to use our products to bring a little more sweetness to the world.”
He concluded by saying, “We’re looking forward to two more days filled with live demonstrations, samplings, networking and a lot of sweetness.” Those who plan to visit SoFlo Expo 2017, should be sure to drop by the ViaCheff exhibit. Of course, they may want to time their visit so that they catch one of the chef’s making a delicious Brazilian dessert they can try.
