Milan, Italy Nov 6, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Italian startup Vanilla Rocket has announced that it has raised its first Funding Round. Patrimon Cube led a 300k Round, which was also attended by some Business Angels.
Vanilla Rocket develops quickly scalable NFTs solutions for innovative 3D interactive Digital Collectibles and for Phygital Twins, covering an innovation gap left by companies in the physical collecting sector.
Its platform is based on the most modern Blockchain technologies, which certify product scarcity and authenticity. Maintaining usability by a wide audience, thanks to low fees and payments with FIAT currencies.
In January 2019 Vanilla rocket launched the project Bitmonds, the world's first interactive 3D digital collectible with the tactile experience of a physical object. Every single Bitmond is a unique object (NFT) registered on Polygon Blockchain.
Bitmonds are a new concept of collectible, not only kept in an Album but worn every day as an interactive 3D Watch Face. The first example of Digital Fashion. In its rarest pieces, becomes Digital Luxury.
Wearable today on a smartwatch in the real world, designed to be worn tomorrow in the Metaverse.
The Third Collection (and the last with the feature of generation by collectors) has launched a new Digital Art concept.
52 Artists have created 52 Digital Art Bitmonds graphics.
Now Bitmonds is a cool smarter way to bring digital art, brands, and influencers into people's daily lives, in an easily shareable experience.
More than 160k Bitmonds of Three Official Collections have been generated and are in the hands of 9200 collectors in 78 different countries.
With today's funding round, the company plans to expand the Bitmonds project, both in terms of technical functionality and branding. At the same time, to expand the company's businesses. In the months of 2023, the company will be able to grow the B2C business of the Bitmonds project, create new B2C businesses, and open a new B2B company branch linked to the Saas sale of the NFT platform.
"Vanilla Rocket seems to be in the right place at the right time" - said Alberto Giusti, Equity Partner of Patrimon Cube - "We live in a period in which tokenization and the logic of collecting are changing existing businesses and creating new ones. The technology developed by Vanilla Rocket is the answer to clear market needs. We are delighted to join them on this journey and are very excited to see what the company will achieve in its next phase of growth."
"Working on our Bitmonds project is extremely exciting" - says Norberto Rossi - CEO of Vanilla Rocket - "It allows us every day to enter unexplored territories, both in terms of concept and technology. Thanks to the know-how achieved and the platform, which we offer in Saas mode to partner companies at very affordable prices, Vanilla Rocket intends to give an effective contribution to the transition process of the current mass markets from Web2 to Web3."
