Houston, United States - August 18, 2023 /PressCable/ —
Following the announcement, The Bell Tower on 34th is now offering full event planning services as an inclusive option in all of its event packages, including for small-capacity events and for hosts that want to take advantage of their most flexible hourly rental event spaces. Whether a host is planning an event for 150 or 1,500 guests, and whether they are hoping to host an upscale gala, fun-filled social gathering or formal business management event, The Bell Tower on 34th can now offer full event planning assistance.

The Bell Tower on 34th believes that, no matter the size, style or duration of an event, their clients can benefit from the expertise and enthusiasm of their dedicated in-house events planning team. As such, the venue’s event producers, Damaris De Leon, Leslie Gonsalves, Kayla Galkowski and Lisa Herrera, have created several new base packages that event hosts can then customize to suit their needs.
If a client books one of The Bell Tower on 34th’s historic ballrooms or scenic outdoor plazas and also contracts their new full event planning services, the venue’s event producers will immediately begin designing a concept for their event. Part of the venue’s new event planning services include having De Leon, Gonsalves, Galkowski, or Herrera be a dedicated and exclusive point of contact. For large capacity events, clients may enjoy having two or more members of the team working towards their event.
With The Bell Tower on 34th’s full event planning services, the event production team will oversee the AV and lighting, furniture and décor, music and entertainment, menus and food service, and more. A client’s dedicated event producer will also manage the event on the day to ensure that every aspect is executed as planned.
The Bell Tower on 34th offers their clients completely private use of their selected event space; with their new full service event planning, they hope they can make each event host and every guest feel more special.
Kayla Galkowski, one of the venue’s passionate event producers, said, “Choosing our services will make your life better by simplifying the event planning process and allowing you to focus on what truly matters—your guests. Our team will guide you through the challenges of organizing your dream event, offering expert advice and a step-by-step plan to ensure everything runs smoothly. With a dedicated team and commitment to excellence, you can expect a flawless event, complete with beautiful décor, delicious food, and a unique atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on your guests.”
