The African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) selected Dynamics Square for D365 Finance and Operations Implementation

London, England Mar 1, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - ACBF, a nonprofit organization, has announced its partnership with Dynamics Square to implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) over their legacy system. Dynamics Square is excited to offer its superior support services to help automate most of the operations while unifying their entire data.

"We were running on an outgrown legacy system with critical chances of a data breach, and this let us move to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with cloud servers. Dynamics Square has implemented this solution as we wanted it to align with our unique requirements. Also, the team is very supportive and completed the entire process on time without any errors," said the Chief Financial Officer at ACBF.

Established in 1991, ACBF is one of Africa's largest non-profit organisations working towards offering capacity development programs across 48 countries and 8 regional economic communities. They were looking for a solution that would allow them to streamline the implementation of national and continental development programs while centralising all data.

They were working with a decentralised finance management ERP solution. To enhance overall efficiency and productivity, they need a reliable, secure, and interactive financial solution. ACBF was looking for a solution that could manage their core departments, from finance to HR, and connect all operations to offer a collaborative approach for maximum growth.

Dynamics Square recognised their primary requirements and provided Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, as well as the NFP accelerator, to manage grant disbursements, gift acknowledgements, and tracking them with each transaction. Also, we empowered them to manage their HR operations, which include attendance management, leave management, hiring, employee retention, and more.

After successful implementation, they were able to reduce payroll processing time by 80%, manage everything from a unified and interactive dashboard, and avail data using automation.

Also, they witnessed a significant growth in the organization's efficiency and employee productivity after the team started using this powerful ERP solution.

"ACBF is doing good for society, and we want them to grow at an exceptional scale. On our first meeting, we found that they were using a legacy system and needed a solution that could streamline their entire financial operations and track non-profit tasks. After understanding their needs, we implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations along with the nonprofit accelerator. Now, they are able to streamline all operations while tracking all grants as well as funding with ease", Manish Goyal, CEO at Dynamics Square.
