Noble Dental Specialists utilises perioscopy and other non-invasive procedures to diagnose and treat gingivitis, which is the early stage of gum disease. Before it develops into gum disease, the Noble team can take preventative measures in order to save the patient's teeth.
Left unaddressed, gingivitis can worsen and the infection can cause damage to the tooth sockets and ligaments, at which point teeth must be extracted. Signs of periodontal disease can include bleeding or receding gums, pain while chewing, sensitivity, and loose teeth. In conjunction with perioscopy, soft tissue and bone grafting methods can reduce bacteria growth and encourage tissue healing.
