In the position of President, North American Strategies, Harris will be a resource for our firm and clients by consulting on M&A deals and providing his expert guidance through all phases of the transaction process, with a focus on driving the development and execution of our strategies in North America. In addition to continuing his responsibilities as a Managing Director, Harris will be responsible for expanding engagements with key strategic partners in North America to build enduring relationships that will enable our firm to facilitate more Extraordinary Exits.
As a top-performing executive in his capacity as Managing Director, Harris has exhibited the ability to identify and develop optimum strategic value in M&A transactions. Harris has deep expertise executing transactions across a diverse range of industries, including food distribution, engineering and construction, plastics, chemicals, asset management, scientific instruments, real estate services, live events, logistics, and more. His M&A insights and knowledge will be a valuable asset for guiding and mentoring STS team members and further strategic developments for our firm.

Harris has over 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of roles, including M&A advisor, president, CEO, and board member. Prior to STS, he held the position of President and CEO of Syrgis Performance Products, Accella Performance Materials, and Vantage Specialty Chemicals.
