Trent Nessler PhD, international injury prevention expert, named Senior Contributor
Miami, Aug 5, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - SportsEdTV has announced Dr. Trent Nessler, a sports medicine physical therapist for more over 23 years will become a Senior Contributor to the FREE, unlimited, multi-sport instruction online platform. Dr. Nessler has been a sports medicine physical therapist for 23+ years and an internationally recognized expert in the area of injury prevention and movement assessment.
"Adding Trent Nessler to our wellness programs is important, especially to the parents of young athletes who look to us for sports safety information leadership," said Robert Mazzucchelli, Founder and Chairman, SportsEdTV.
Dr. Nessler is the founder and developer of the ViPerform AMI, ViPerform AMI RTSport, ACL Play It Safe and Run Safe programs.
"He has published peer-reviewed literature in the area of ACL injury prevention and athletic movement assessment as well as published a college textbook on this subject," added Victor Bergonzoli, CEO SportsEdTV.
Among the programs, Dr. Nessler designed are those specifically to be performed by athletes at the conclusion of practice and to directly improve avoidance of biomechanical factors that lead to increased injury and decreased performance.
