Mighty Dog Roofing is known for using advanced technology. For instance, they provide a Drone Superscan to ensure detailed inspection of the roof, gutters, and more. In this service, they use a drone to help inspect 25 elements of the roof and other essential external parts of the home. These include: inspection of storm damage caused by hail; aircon unit exterior inspection; inspection of valleys; downspouts inspection; inspection of skylights; inspection of storm damage caused by the wind; inspection of step counter flashing; eaves and rakes inspection; ventilation inspection; inspection of step and counter flashing; roof edging inspection; drip edge inspection; soffits and fascia inspection; inspection of gutter aprons; nail head inspection; inspection of roof sheathing or decking; plumbing stack inspection; hip and ridge inspection; roof ventilation and exhaust system inspection; window inspection; chimney inspection; gutters inspection; attic inspection; foundation drainage inspection; inspection of furnace caps and pipes; and inspection of siding. The initial roof inspection report will be used as the baseline health of the roof.

Another unique service offered by Mighty Dog Roofing of Naples is the Customer Vault. They will keep various information about the roof of each specific customer in this storage, including the history of the roof repairs or replacement they have performed. Included in the Customer Vault are: photographs and videos; yearly updated drone inspection information; warranty information; reports for the customer’s realtor/insurance agent; manufacturer information; insurance information repair records; all insurance details for easy and convenient claims handling; yearly reminders for the inspection of the customer’s roof; and monitoring of all repairs and replacements with dates, products, and services used.

They also provide the Watchdog Maintenance service, which is designed for discovering any potential problems with the roof as early as possible so that the appropriate remedy can be done to prevent it from getting worse and becoming a serious issue. They will do the inspections every year and submit maintenance reports that will be stored in the Customer Vault for that particular customer. The yearly maintenance reports will also be compared to determine how long the roof can be expected to last. This will enable the homeowner or property owner to be prepared for the large expense of a roof replacement.
