Phase 1 Completed At Mount Battenhall Retirement Village
Dec 21, 2022
Phase 1 development has been completed offering independent living in a friendly community with every convenience to hand: this is the enviable lifestyle experienced by residents at Enterprise Retirement Living’s Mount Battenhall Retirement Village in Worcester.
United Kingdom - December 21, 2022 —
Comprising luxury homes and apartments for sale and rent, Mount Battenhall provides over-55s with the best of both worlds. Buyers can enjoy the freedom and privacy of a fully-equipped home while, at the same time, having access to a wide range of communal facilities whenever they wish, along with comprehensive support services and assistance should they need them.
Life in a retirement village is a world away from that in a care home or sheltered housing, with the priority being residents’ independence and choice, making for a peaceful and relaxing lifestyle. So one evening, residents might choose to cook and eat in their own house or apartment, the next day they might prefer to dine in the restaurant – and similarly with their choice of leisure time and entertainment. Whether privacy or an active social life is their preference, Mount Battenhall offers a range of options for residents.
It is this ability to ‘do your own thing’ in a safe and secure environment, where any issues that might arise will be quickly resolved by the on-site team, that is perhaps the greatest advantage of choosing to make your home in an Enterprise Retirement Living village.
Combining sensitively restored historic buildings with purpose-built houses and apartments, each of the villages stands on spacious grounds providing space to stroll as well as offering green-fingered residents the opportunity to do a spot of gardening.
Residents who are interested are able to ‘try before they buy’ at Mount Battenhall. The retirement village offers them the option to stay a night, experience the facilities, and meet the staff and residents, as well as discuss the options for moving in – including part-exchange on their current home.
