The standard workflow includes sample preparation, HLA PCR, library construction, NGS Seq, raw data, bioinformatics analysis, and high-resolution HLA results, which are just for reference and will be adjusted according to the specific requirements of clients. Creative Biolabs offers the most researched HLA types covering HLA-A, B, C, G, DRB1, DRB3, DRB4, DRB5, DQA1, DQB1, DPA1, and DPB1.
