Meridian, United States - January 17, 2024 /PressCable/ —
Avenues ARE offers a new range of fluorine-free Green Sheet fire foams that can be used for either fresh or saltwater applications. The SFFFs (saponin-based fluorine-free foams) are manufactured in a 100% fluorine-free facility in the USA. They are also UL 162 listed and are compliant with NFPA 11 and 18 standards.
More details are available at https://www.greensheetfoam.com
The newly announced non-fluorinated Green Sheet fire foams have undergone extensive testing and are Andromeda Pharma Eco-Green certified. The fire foams are made using non-toxic and biodegradable materials, allowing firefighters and emergency responders to safely use them in various environments.
Avenues ARE offers 1%, 3%, and 6% foams made using pharma and food-grade ingredients, so they do not have the environmental and health risks associated with traditional foams. The fire foam has a fast knockdown time to minimize fire spread and property damage.
On the company website, customers can get expert assistance choosing the right fire foam for their needs.
One of the available Green Sheet non-fluorinated fire foams is effective in extinguishing carbon fuels and polar solvents. It is available in a 3% UL 162-listed foam liquid concentrate. The foam also comes in a variety of sizes, and customers can either purchase pre-mixed solutions or concentrates.
The collection also includes Green Sheet wetting agents and training foams that are effective against Class A fires. These are designed for use in freshwater environments. They are also available in pre-mixed solutions or concentrates and can be purchased in either 5-gallon, 55-gallon drum, 275-gallon tote, rail tanker, or tanker truck sizes.
In addition to the eco-friendly Green Sheet fire foams, Avenues ARE LLC also offers fire safety consulting services. With decades of experience, the company's team of Master Fire Chiefs and Fire System and Construction Experts help firefighters and emergency responders assess their needs and develop solutions that are compliant and safe.
“The focus is always on saving lives, property, and the environment,” said a spokesperson for the company. “From Fire Fighting Foams and Vapor Remediation, Spill Tackle Absorbent, and HAZCHEM HazMat Test Kits, we offer top-notch, solution-minded products with the environment in mind.”
