Inspire Planner is a powerful and intuitive collaborative Salesforce project management app that helps any organization use Salesforce to the fullest.

The company website explains that the application offers full integration with Salesforce tasks and Chatter, the opportunity to attach project related tasks – and share plans with both Salesforce users (even across cross-country teams) and external contacts. The Gantt-based, drag-and-drop user interface now has a new version that supports the Lightning interface and is very easy to navigate through. It enables project management teams to quickly set task duration, manage operations and effortlessly update a project status.

The app can create a full and detailed picture of any complex project with multi-level task structures at any given time. Inspire Planner significantly improves the efficiency and productivity of a project management team as it streamlines and simplifies the collaboration between users and gives them full visibility over the created tasks and subtasks. Another useful and effective feature of the application is the full synchronization of Salesforce tasks across departments and teams.

Inspire Planner is a very effective solution for reducing internal emails and meetings, scheduling and assigning tasks, engaging team members and keeping track of the project progress, making sure that all requirements and deadlines are met.

The Inspire Planner help desk guides the users with a plethora of knowledge. It provides the necessary information to those who wish to upgrade the free trial.
