SWANNANOA, N.C. - April 19, 2022 - (Newswire.com)
Quartz Properties is pleased to announce the launch of Quartz Transport, a new company which offers delivery, moving, and set-up of modular and manufactured homes across the Western North Carolina region.
Quartz Transport is a subsidiary of Quartz Properties, a modular builder committed to realizing the cost, time, labor and environmental benefits of off-site construction. To achieve this goal, Quartz Properties supports systems which enable off-site construction to thrive. Quartz Transport is a way to strengthen Quartz Properties' local projects in Black Mountain and Fairview, NC, and make off-site methods more appealing and accessible to other builders.
Joanna Schwartz, Quartz Properties CEO, said about the new undertaking, "By vertically integrating into the modular transport and set business, we are strengthening our capabilities and establishing Quartz Properties as an industry leader."
Transportation is a critical component of the manufactured and modular home process. Like any product made in a factory, homes built indoors must be delivered to their final locations and installed by skilled specialists. As industry experts, Quartz Properties understands the importance of these services, and Quartz Transport provides a critical service within this ecosystem.
Quartz Transport President, Jamie Langford, has been a General Contractor in the area for over 20 years and manages construction for Quartz Properties. "We're thrilled to get up and running, there is a need for the service in the area. We're ready to support builders, manufacturers, dealers, and homeowners any way we can."
Quartz Transport is based in Swannanoa, NC. Services include delivery and set up of single and double wides, raised roof homes, and modular boxes. To learn more and book services, visit QuartzTransport.com.
