New KnowHow Study Unveils Why Workers Are Quitting Their Jobs Amidst the Great Resignation

Millions of workers in the United States are quitting their jobs at record rates every month. The results of a new nationwide study of hundreds of blue-collar labor workers provides never-before-seen data on the root causes behind The Great Resignation.
The findings of the survey, published in the new book Why Workers Quit, unpacks the complaints workers are levying against their employers, and uses never-before-seen data to give employers an authoritative playbook on how to provide a better work environment for staff to eliminate regrettable turnover.
