Netstar IT Support London announced as finalists for the prestigious Customer Experience in a Crisis award

London-based company announced as finalists for one of the most prestigious Customer Experience Awards 2020.

September 8, 2020 / / —

The Customer Experience Awards are hosted every year by Awards International. They're viewed as one of the most prestigious awards in the corporate realm. The 2020 iteration is soon to begin, with finalists for the awards announced recently. Netstar is thrilled to announce that it has been chosen as finalists for the "Customer Experience in a Crisis - SME' award. This is one of the most sought after awards in the event, celebrating the company's excellent customer service.

One of the fairest award ceremonies in the world
The Customer Experience Awards has a reputation as being one of the fairest - and most competitive - awards ceremonies in the world. Every entry is scored at least 10 times by 5 experienced judges. Such a high level of scrutiny is unfounded in many awards ceremonies throughout the UK.

As a result, The Customer Experience Awards has earned itself a Gold Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council. This further solidifies the notion that these awards are some of the most valuable a business can win. It also increases the achievements of Netstar to get to a position as finalists. With so much competition and such stringent requirements, it's not easy to gain a nomination.

The only Managed IT Services Provider shortlisted
This particular award is unique to 2020 as it awards companies who have done the most for clients during the coronavirus crisis. Any companies that have been nominated have clearly shown to go above and beyond in terms of customer support. As it happens, Netstar is the only Managed IT Services Provider shortlisted in this category. This is no surprise for a company built on providing a level of customer service that sets the standard for this industry.

To get through to this stage, Netstar had to complete a written application covering six key customer experience areas. This included Business Strategy, Goals, and Objectives. Planning and Implementation, Stakeholder Engagement, Innovation and Creativity, and Impacts and Benefits.

Mit Patel, Managing Director of Netstar, stated that "we are absolutely delighted with our position as finalists in the Customer Experience Awards 2020, especially when you consider that many of the other finalists are renowned corporations - such as BT, AA and NatWest." He went on to say, "all of our team have worked extremely hard this year to ensure that our clients are supported during such a challenging and unpredictable time. So, we're especially proud to have been recognised for the Customer Experience in a Crisis Award."

The finals for the awards will be held virtually on the 15th of October 2020. Netstar will present their case to the judges and see if they can win this prestigious award.
