Dec 8, 2022
Miami public relations agency Manderson PR is announcing the launch of a branding and promotional service that helps companies and organizations with DE&I initiatives that embrace transgender and non-binary employee supports communicate these priorities genuinely and effectively.
North Miami,United States - December 8, 2022 /PressCable/ —
Companies that have done their part to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives (‘DE&I’) that provide supports for employees that identify as transgender or gender non-conforming must communicate that message successfully to attract valuable talent and stand out as leaders within their sectors and communities. A newly launched branding service at Miami agency Manderson PR helps companies and charitable organizations highlight their leadership roles in creating healthier, more welcoming workplace environments.

With comprehensive ‘DE&I’ policies becoming a key concern among employees and prospect talent, it’s important companies and organizations that uphold these principles showcase their commitments. Newly launched services at Manderson PR help corporations and organizations communicate trans and non-binary affirming ‘DE&I’ policies and employee value propositions (EVPs) to valued target audiences and throughout their sectors at large.
Studies reveal companies that neglect to include a comprehensive transgender and gender non-conforming component in their ‘DE&I’ policies not only risk inviting stigma, discrimination, and hostility into the workplace but they also risk tarnishing their reputations and losing out on high-value talent that prioritizes inclusive workplace cultures.
Recent research conducted by global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company says half of US transgender employees say “safety” and feeling comfortable in the workplace are their key concerns.
This same research reveals companies that create inclusive workplace cultures are more likely to report both a 59.1 percent increase in creativity, innovation, and openness, and close to 40 percent better assessment of product or service interest and demand.
With dedicated ‘DE&I’ communication services that include brand strategy, content, media relations, and social media marketing, Manderson PR helps partnering organizations promote valuable trans and gender non-conforming-friendly cultures to build trust, facilitate stakeholder connection, and improve talent acquisition and employee retention.
Wayne Anderson, Executive Director, Manderson PR says, “We serve our clients through our internal culture that we’ve carefully cultivated. We then utilize our collective talents to execute each campaign by forging authentic and creative strategies uniquely customized for each client. Whether you are a non-profit or corporate enterprise, we’re here to help you build compelling strategies that resonate with desired audiences and deliver results.”
Miami’s Manderson PR helps organizations with ‘DE&I’ initiatives that create a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees communicate their workplace cultures in a way that is genuine rather than tokenistic to achieve their overall goals.
