With more American couples seeking an ENM partnership but unsure of where to begin, the improved coaching sessions guide individuals to practice it safely and in ways that are fulfilling for all parties involved. Particularly, couples are supported to understand what ENM means for them, whether it is one person acting outside of the relationship or both parties doing that. Similarly, ENM may involve only sexual connections with others, having a romantic bond, or both.

The newly announced sexuality and relationship coaching sessions seek to remove the stigma from non-traditional partnerships. The team at Soaring Heart Center explains that people can express their love in many ways, and it is important that individuals understand how their partners communicate their affection to themselves and each other.
In an ethical non-monogamous relationship, both partners need to be clear on their boundaries and what is consensual. A common misconception about ENM is that it is synonymous with cheating. However, the team at Sacred Heart Center says that regardless of the type of ethical non-monogamy being practiced, both people in the relationship consent to it.
During the coaching sessions, couples explore their sexuality, learn more about sex positivity, and create healthy ways to communicate their needs with their partner. These sessions can be conducted online or in person, depending on the needs of the couple.
Aside from sex-positive coaching, the team also offers one-on-one psychotherapy for individuals questioning their gender or sexual orientation. This includes exploring kink-friendly therapy, gender identity therapy, and sexual orientation support.
Therapy may include spiritual practices to support personal development.
