He will cover the key issues governing ESOP distributions – eligibility, timing, method, form and manner – a critical element of cashflow and share repurchase needs for your employee stock ownership plan. As an attorney, Michael specializes in the design and installation of ESOPs, as well as the structuring of ESOP transactions. He has over 13 years of experience and has been involved in numerous ESOP transactions. Michael is a frequent speaker and author on all aspects of ESOPs. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the ESOP Association, and the NCEO.
