There, he spent two years training in rearfoot and ankle reconstruction and served as chief resident in his final year of training.

With over two decades of experience, the doctor is board-certified in foot surgery through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). The ABFAS strives to protect and improve the health and welfare of the public by advancing the art and science of foot and ankle surgery.

Holding CO2 and Pulse Dye Laser Certification, Dr. Neamand is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. 

Throughout his professional career, he has shared his expertise by teaching residents and continues to do so at local hospitals. He is affiliated with AMITA Health Alexian Brothers Medical Center, AMITA Health Alexian Brothers Wound Center, Golf Surgical Center, Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, and Belmont/Harlem Surgery Center.

Additionally, he educates the public on proper care of various foot and ankle ailments including diabetic foot care at local community centers, nursing homes, senior centers, health fairs, and schools.
