It is important to note that Robb Wolf has transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people around the globe through his top-ranked iTunes podcast, seminars, and books. He was also the co-founder of the first and fourth CrossFit affiliate gyms, DrinkLMNT Electrolytes, and The Healthy Rebellion community platform. He wants to point out that learning to promote Healthy Rebellion in the community provides a lot of emotional intelligence and a willingness to share with the community members. One of the key factors that makes the Healthy Rebellion community stronger is their common language.

Robb Wolf says about the health of the Healthy Rebellion community members during the pandemic, “Through community, people were able to navigate the past couple of years remarkably well. They operated with this idea that ‘I’m gonna take this stress, and I’m gonna come back stronger.’”

In the podcast, Robb Wolf relates how he happened to embark on a lower-carb, paleo type of diet. He points out that this change in diet actually saved his life because he was suffering then from ulcerative colitis. Later on, this led to the Healthy Rebellion community, which is a type of online interaction - an old-style forum. The community members get together just like in real life, taking part in various events, such as hunting trips and even learning how to do Brazilian jujitsu. Robb noted that the virtual meetings have actually facilitated people meeting in real life and having great interaction.

Lucas Root points out that the platform used for an online community is not necessarily an important element. And he believes that the Healthy Rebellion appears to be a true community because various members of the community are engaged in passionate debates. In fact, people fighting is a necessary element because it indicates passion.

Robb Wolf noted that the Healthy Rebellion community played an important role during the pandemic when there were restrictions in human interactions. In fact, the online community served as a lifeline for many of the community members. Many of them felt that being a member of the Healthy Rebellion community allowed them to keep their sanity during those challenging times when people could not interact with family members and friends. Lucas Root hastened to point out that that was what made them a real community. Lucas also stressed the leadership provided by Robb as an important element of the community.

Robb also discussed the origin of the LMNT electrolytes. This is an electrolyte drink mix that has been formulated to help with the electrolyte requirements of people following a low-carb, keto, or paleo diet.
