Studies show that up to 20% of modern men suffer from anxiety problems, a condition associated with professional stress, financial difficulties and a sedentary lifestyle, among others. Other conditions are even more prevalent – for instance, almost three quarters of US men being overweight or obese. Tackling these issues has become a priority for men of all ages.
The online coaching programs offered by STRONG Men Coaching are designed to help men achieve their health, fitness and productivity goals by addressing specific issues that are highly relevant in today’s fast-paced world. From anxiety relief to custom fitness, weight management and health advice, Mr. Treas helps each participant implement effective and sustainable strategies to see positive changes in various areas of their lives.
Mr. Treas provides personalized strategies, coaching and support adapted to the needs and lifestyle preferences of each participant. Based on his experiences as a war veteran in Iraq, as well as on his master’s level training in public health and Wellcoaches Core Training, the sessions are designed to provide immediate benefits for men of all ages.
Finding purpose is a core principle of Mr. Treas’ coaching programs: “I know what it is like coming home after a deployment and no longer having a mission, a purpose”, he said. “Being a life coach has given me a new purpose and men are finding many benefits to having a life coach, including finding their purpose and living a more fulfilled and meaningful life.”
