Keenhealth Announces That Their K DT 131 GR Digital Baby Thermometer Is Once Again In Stock

October 10, 2019 - /PressAdvantage/ - Keenhealth, a home health products company based in Denver, Colorado, has announced that their K-DT-131 GR baby thermometer is once again in stock. While this thermometer had been out of stock for some time due to the huge demand, they are now happy to announce that it is back in stock. This medical thermometer is for measuring the body temperature of a baby rectally. This is because rectal measurements are considered by doctors to be the most accurate way of getting a baby’s temperature.

Lily, a spokesperson for Keenhealth, says, “Our baby digital thermometer is not only very accurate, but it is also very fast: this rectal thermometer gives results in 10 seconds when used rectally. To make things even easier, our rectal thermometer for babies has a very small tip, which makes it easier to insert. Applying a bit of baby oil to the tip can also help to make it more comfortable for your little one.”

She continues, “As a parent, you want to make sure your newborn is happy and healthy. Especially when your baby is younger than 6 months, you want to be able to act immediately when a fever is at play.”

The K-DT-131 GR baby thermometer is provided with a waterproof tip to allow parents not to worry about damaging it when washing it to ensure that it is clean and free from germs before they use it for taking the temperature of their baby. It is also provided with a hard case so that after cleaning it and drying it, parents can keep it in the case so that it would be ready for the next time that it would be needed.

This digital baby thermometer is expected to be very useful this flu season as mommies and daddies worry about their babies getting sick. With flu activity at its highest during October and November, parents truly have good reason to worry about their little ones. If they happen to notice that their baby is a bit hot, they can rely on the K-DT-131 GR baby thermometer to provide an accurate temperature reading. They would simply bring out the thermometer from their drawer or wherever they have kept it, put some baby oil on the flexible tip, insert it gently and then wait for 10 seconds. And if the baby has a fever, parents can take the necessary action like controlling the fever and then bringing the baby to the doctor.

Parents are all too familiar with babies being irritable and not keeping still for long. Naturally, they would be apprehensive when trying to take the temperature of their baby rectally. That is why the K-DT-131 GR baby thermometer has been provided with a small and flexible tip and to provide an accurate reading quickly. With the smooth insertion because of the small and flexible tip, and the fast reading requiring only 10 seconds, it would all be over before the baby notices it.

This flu season, people are advised to take all of the necessary precautions. As much as possible, people should avoid contact with those who are sick and they should wash their hands frequently to minimize contact with any germs. And for those who are sick with the flu, they should just stay at home and avoid going to school or work to avoid spreading the flu virus. People who have a high risk of getting serious flu complications and who have flu symptoms during the flu season should be treated with flu antiviral drugs as early as possible, even before confirmatory testing.

Parents who find that their babies have a fever should also take the necessary action to ensure that they are provided with the appropriate medication. After checking the temperature of their babies and if they find that they have a fever, they should bring the baby to the doctor as soon as possible.
