An IT company has announced complimentary tech audits to businesses within and around Huntertown, Indiana, as part of a new initiative.

Each audit results in a custom report that outlines potential inefficiencies impacting operations or productivity and vulnerabilities that can be exploited by threat actors. According to Aptica, the latter should be the prime consideration of most businesses today, as cyberattacks are becoming more sophisticated and frequent, based on recent accounts.
Earlier this year, Check Point Research reported that 2022 saw a 38% spike in cyberattacks globally, with the US registering a 57% increase during the period. It expects cyberattacks to further “accelerate” due to the “maturity” of artificial intelligence.
“Although no one can offer 100% protection against malicious cyber attacks, having a security plan in place and running well go a long way to helping secure your business technology,” Aptica explained.
