Heartland Business Systems, LLC ("Heartland" or "HBS"), a premier provider of technology solutions, announces plans to acquire the information security company Pratum, Inc. The addition of Pratum and its cybersecurity offerings supports Heartland's vision of protecting organizations from cyberattacks and providing superior security services to customers.
For 15 years, Pratum has been a cybersecurity service firm that guides organizations to the right balance of information security, IT risk management, and compliance. Pratum provides industry-leading cybersecurity consulting services, security assessments, and SOC/XDR services that produce positive business outcomes.
