Harbour Holidays Celebrates a 100% Retention Rate Among Holiday Home Owners

Holiday lettings company Harbour Holidays has announced that it has signed up all of its portfolio of properties for continued promotion in 2018.

Cornish holiday lettings agency Harbour Holidays is celebrating this week after it was announced that it has retained 100% of its property owners for continued service into 2018.
The Padstow based accommodation rental company has confirmed that all of the holiday home owners who currently market their properties through its specialist service have signed up again for next year.
All of the 167 self catering cottages, houses and apartments it represents in Padstow and the surrounding villages will continue to be promoted and managed the the local holiday company.
Harbour Holidays puts this success down to the quality service it provides to property owners and the high profile the company enjoys in the town and online.
Nicky Stanley from Harbour Holidays said: “It has been a fantastic year for us. A new website and renewed marketing effort has enabled us to achieve solid booking levels for our clients. The 100% retention rate shows that we are doing things right and it’s a pleasure to know that property owners have complete faith in our first-class service.”
As a Padstow specialist, Harbour Holidays enjoys a strong local reputation reflected in its success with holiday home owners.
