Guardian App Launches New Mobile App for Multi-Contact Emergency Notification
Apr 12, 2021
Client Guardian is a free app that notifies lifelines, employers, service providers, and attorneys of real-time incidents with geo-coordinates, photos, and video at the touch of a button.
Houston, United States - April 12, 2021 /PressCable/ —
Houston TX – April 12, 2021- AssurOnce announced the launch of Client Guardian App, a completely free notification and protection application. The App is designed so that individuals can easily alert key contacts such as friends, family, employers, roadside assistance providers, insurance agencies, and attorneys of accidents or incidents in real-time with exact geo-coordinates, video, and photos.
The 2015 case of Sandra Bland, an African American woman who was arrested for a traffic stop and was subsequently found dead in her jail cell has left many unanswered questions for her family and the general public. An application like AssurOnce could have been used to notify her family, employer, and even a lawyer of the incident in real-time providing her much-needed support which may have prevented her alleged suicide.
While not all incidents or accidents result in fatality, the majority of them result in some type of injury, property damage, or legal litigation. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) there are six million car accidents in the U.S. every year, that’s an auto accident every 16 minutes. Additionally, according to the National Safety Council, there are seven million work injuries per year with a worker being injured on the job every seven seconds. Due to the commonplace of these incidents, AssurOnce is poised to serve a great number of people.
Jimmy Lyday is the founder of Client Guardian App. Lyday is a visionary tech entrepreneur, freedom fighter, and aspiring human rights activist who has worked on the mobile app for the last two years. Together with MCM Technologies, a development firm, they’ve launched Client Guardian App to give people an efficient communication tool that can also record and provide evidential data to a network of attorneys at the touch of a button.
“I personally experienced an incredibly stressful period of angst when my undocumented brother-in-law’s traffic stop landed him in jail for five days. Without knowing what happened to him for so long, our entire family assumed the absolute worst, and this triggered the idea to create the App. My goal is to let people be assured once— that they’ll immediately know when the unexpected happens to their loved ones. Whether it’s an injury, accident, traffic stop, or threatening situation, absolutely no parent, spouse, or human being should ever be left to suffer from the incertitude of being in the dark,” says Client Guardian App CEO, Jimmy Lyday.
Client Guardian App seamlessly does several things. It relays information about incidents to your chosen contacts and service professionals helping drivers to get off dangerous roads and potentially collecting absolving evidence that may be needed when dealing with dishonest at-fault drivers. It can also help workers document job-related injuries to facilitate a Worker’s Compensation Claim—should one be needed. Last but not least, it can be used to send an SOS to multiple lifelines simultaneously.
AssurOnce is a software company that specializes in protection applications that connect users with advocacy experts to deliver fast assistance and peace of mind with immediate emergency alerts.
