July 15, 2019 - /PressAdvantage/ - SC Home Offer LC has announced that they are currently purchasing homes in and around the Greenville, South Carolina area. The company purchases homes directly from homeowners, saving them the time and money that is often associated with listing homes for sale through a real estate company.
A complete list of their services, service areas and the process can be seen on their website at https://www.schomeoffer.com/. Daniel D'Ambrosio, a representative for the company says, “We are happy to speak with any homeowner in the area and to help them to determine if selling their home to us would solve their problems. We strive to provide the fastest closing times available so homeowners can get the sale over with and get on with their lives.”
D’Ambrosio says that the company is a locally and family owned business, not a huge corporation. He adds that being a smaller company helps them to take the time to understand the needs of their clients and their unique situations.
The company states that anyone who may be in danger of losing their home to foreclosure, who is going through a divorce, who has lost a loved one and needs to sell that loved one’s home, or who are facing any number of other situations can contact the company to learn more.
He adds, “We buy houses Greenville SC and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to help our clients to get their sales over and done with. We realize that selling a home can be a long and drawn out process in many cases and it can be frustrating and worrisome waiting to see if a buyer shows up, needing to repair various things before the buyer will agree to the sale, and even paying huge commissions and closing costs in order to get the sale over with. We take care of all of that. From our quick turnaround time to the closing table to paying closing costs ourselves, we are helping homeowners to sell quickly and to make more money from those sales.”
The company states that it specializes in buying homes in as-is condition, which means that no repairs will need to be made before they will make an offer on the home. In traditional real estate transactions, buyers can insist that certain things be done before closing, such as replacing or repairing leaky roofs, having floors redone and even painting the inside or outside of the home. D’Ambrosia says that their company does not require any of this to be done before they purchase a home.
“What makes this process unique,” he adds, “Is that we buy the homes ourselves. We are not a listing agent. We don’t look for someone to purchase the home, which incidentally is what often takes months in regular real estate transactions. We purchase the home, so if the homeowner is interested, the sale is normally made, and we can often get it closed in about two weeks.”
He adds that anyone who has questions about the process or the benefits of selling their home this way can watch the company’s YouTube video that better explains the process. The video can be seen on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLzDstNlqr2NeM98mvTJmeXy70jYD1nCTM.
The company states that the process simply involves the homeowner making contact with the company. After they have expressed their interest in selling their home, someone from the company will meet them at the home and offer a quote for the purchase. Once that is done, the only thing left is to wait for the transaction to close and the company states that this is normally done within days from the initial contact.
D’Ambrosio states that anyone who is facing foreclosure or who has other reasons for needing to sell their home quickly should contact the company using their online contact form to get the process started. Alternatively, homeowners can contact the company by phone at any time during their normal business hours to speak with a company representative.
