Google Alternative Search: Android App With Uncensored & Unbiased News Launched
Nov 1, 2023
TUSK, the conservative-focused web browser and search engine, has announced a new update to its Android and iOS apps.
Santa Barbara, United States - November 1, 2023 /PressCable/ —
The freedom-first uncensored search engine is available to download on both the Google Play and App Stores, and recent upgrades improve search efficiency while prioritizing security and protection of user data.

The TUSK founders believe that there is a prevailing liberal bias in today's big tech companies, including Google. This has led to suppression of particular stories, right-leaning viewpoints, and topics, they argue. With the TUSK app, they offer a direct solution - giving control back to the user at the initial search stage.
A recent study from AllSides backs up claims from TUSK regarding the need for a platform catering to right-leaning individuals online. AllSides found a notable leftward skew among major media outlets in their coverage leading up to the 2022 midterm elections. TUSK allows users to avoid such bias, creating a more personalized experience while browsing the internet.
With TUSK Search, anyone can select their preferred political leaning or affiliation before searching. Informed by this choice, the tool then provides results customized to that viewpoint - achieving a more natural search experience for users, without certain articles, sites or profiles being suppressed.
Articles and sites found via TUSK will never be artificially blocked or banned. Consistent with its mission to provide transparent access to the open web, TUSK refuses to 'shadowban' content based on ideology or arbitrary standards, and users can trust they are seeing an authentic range of information.
The Tusk Search tool is seamlessly integrated within the TUSK browser and mobile apps. For those interested in harnessing its capabilities on their own, Tusk Search is also available as a standalone platform. TUSK enforces the use of HTTPS encrypted connections on all sites wherever available, upholding strong privacy and security standards.
Discussing the mobile apps, a company spokesperson states: "Tusk Search is a search engine created by a conservative organization for conservative users. It is designed to provide you with an alternative to the mainstream search engines that promote liberal bias and censorship of right-leaning media."
