Russ and his wife Melody have 5 children.

In 2014, Travis Daerr began working with Russ and his companies. Travis also grew up in the Wichita area, he graduated from Pittsburg State University in southeast Kansas, and returned to the Wichita area to Coach and Teach High School Science. Travis and his wife Heather have 2 sons. Travis is currently the Acquisition Specialist for Goshen and its associated companies.
