Fresh Air Fitness Launch New Children's Fitness Rig
Apr 6, 2023
Surrey-based outdoor fitness company expands its product range for 2023 with the introduction of a new Children’s Fitness Rig.
Frimley, Surrey - April 6, 2023 —
Fresh Air Fitness is one of the leading manufacturers of outdoor fitness equipment in the UK. As a company, it saw instant success with the award-winning ‘Big Rig’, a multifunctional piece of outdoor kit allowing people to get a creative bodyweight workout. The product was a resounding hit with the masses, offering a unique way for anyone over 11 years to enjoy an outdoor workout. Following on from this, the company is expanding its product portfolio in 2023 with the launch of the brand new Children’s Fitness Rig.
Priced at just £5000, this super space-saving frame is designed for primary school children. It can fit perfectly in school playing fields, encouraging young children to be physically active from an early age.
Five Unique Exercise Stations
The new Children’s Fitness Rig will have a huge focus on fun. It has five unique exercise stations, with each one offering children something different.
- Seated Leg Press - a simple yet effective way to exercise little legs using bodyweight
- T’ai Chi Spinners - a clever piece of equipment that fires up the brain as much as the arms and shoulders
- Monkey Bars - a firm favourite with primary school children, boosting upper body strength and building serious inner confidence
- Air Skier - one of the most enjoyable pieces of cardio equipment that warms the body and gets the heart pumping, all while making the child feel like they’re on a fun ride
- Inclusive Arm Bike - brilliant for building hand-eye coordination and can also be used by children in wheelchairs
All five of the stations have been carefully constructed to boost a child’s physical and cognitive abilities - while also building confidence, teamwork and communication skills. The best part is, the children will feel like they’re playing the whole time. It won’t seem like exercise, making fitness more accessible for kids.
The rig is suitable for up to six children to use at a time and provides challenging and enjoyable activities for all abilities, meaning no child feels left out.
Installations Starting Nationwide
Having successfully trialled a prototype in a primary school in 2022, Fresh Air Fitness is excited to supply and install the Children’s Rig nationwide in 2023. This comes after glowing reviews and feedback from PE teachers, headteachers and pupils.
The Children’s Fitness Rig can be used all year round during break times, PE lessons or after-school clubs. It looks exciting while creating new and innovative ways to get everyone at the whole school moving.
