New York-based window designers OpenUp Windows have a new model of their flip-out commercial gas strut window which features a fullbound sill and a more durable design.

OpenUp Windows employs an innovative flip-out gas strut design that allows its window to hold itself open at a 90-degree angle. Now, thanks to their new fullbound sill, their popular commercial window can be installed above an existing countertop or tabletop, or to replace an old awning or double-hung window, with no adjustments needing to be made to the surface below or around the window.
