Oct 3, 2022
An online swimming community announces updates to its classes to help swimmers refine their freestyle technique and improve their speed.
San Francisco,United States - October 3, 2022 /PressCable/ —
The latest launch from SWIMVICE, LLC expands its innovative digital training model for swimmers who wish to access professional-level instruction as and when their schedule allows. Subscribers can choose from a range of structured video tutorials whether they are at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level.
More details can be found at https://community.swimvice.com
The recent announcement outlines the community’s commitment to helping its members address deficiencies in their front crawl style. The SWIMVICE instructional videos help subscribers improve the efficiency of their movement and maximize the power of both arm and leg strokes when swimming freestyle.
Freestyle swimming events first appeared at the 1896 Olympic Games. While John Trudgen first brought a version of the front crawl to England after watching the stroke being used in South America, there is also evidence that this popular swimming style was used by the ancient Egyptians.
SWIMVICE helps subscribers address some of the most common problems and mistakes that freestyle practitioners make. These include hands crossing the midline of the body upon entry into the water, which increases the risk of shoulder injuries and compromises efficiency. A dropping of the elbow below the level of the wrist also negatively affects one’s economy of movement and decreases speed.
The company’s freestyle course helps swimmers to develop breathing techniques with a combination of land and pool-based exercises. Subscribers to this module learn how to connect their breathing with arm entry and refine their head movements for improved efficiency. Lessons also cover how to find one’s rhythm as well as imprinting and reinforcing consistent technique in the pool.
Community members can connect with fellow swimmers across the globe to make friends, swap tips, and widen the scope of the international swimming fellowship. Subscription includes access to multiple courses and the chance to participate in regular live-streamed sessions.
A spokesperson says, “This digital platform includes everything from freestyle digital courses, and online swim community, scheduled live streams with Coach Mandy to help keep you on track and accountable.”
With its latest training program updates, SWIMVICE continues to set the standard for digital swimming instruction.
