Evalueserve COO & CFO Recognized for Leadership During COVID-19 Pandemic

RALEIGH, N.C. – Great Place to Work India has named Nand Gangwani of Evalueserve one of the 75 Best Leaders in Times of Crisis 2021. Mr. Gangwani is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Evalueserve.
The leaders were selected following a unique study conducted to learn more about how organizations handled the uncertainty and the challenges posed by a global pandemic. The study, which included an employee survey, focused on how organizations maintained business continuity, employee experience and wellness, agility, adaptability and workforce management during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Evalueserve India adapted to offer support to employees in the ways they needed it most. In the spring of 2020, Evalueserve successfully migrated all of its employees to work-from-home environments within 48 hours, the amount of notice given by the government. With employees working from home, they were able to continue to deliver the same high quality of service that Evalueserve is known for while staying safe and protecting their communities and families from the virus’s spread. In April 2021, as India averaged nearly 365,000 cases, Evalueserve began offering additional benefits for its employees and families, such as 24/7 telemedicine support in addition to coordinating a voluntary team to secure hospital beds and oxygen tanks for its employees and family members. As soon as it was available, Evalueserve India also offered on-campus vaccinations to employees and their families.
