Eric Hoglund, Recognized by BestAgents.us as a 2023 Top Agent

New York City, New York Jul 19, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Eric is a dedicated real estate agent with strong ties to the San Francisco Bay Area, particularly Benicia. Having been a resident of Benicia since 1977, his deep-rooted connection to the community is undeniable. He is a proud alumnus of St. Patrick-St. Vincent High School and the California Maritime Academy, where he acquired a solid educational foundation.

His professional journey began as a Third Mate, navigating tanker and freighter vessels across the Pacific Rim and the Persian Gulf. Afterward, he transitioned into the role of a Tugboat Operator, gaining valuable experience in Alaska and the Bay Area. However, in 1996, he made the decision to change career paths, leaving behind his maritime adventures.

Joining the largest global shipping company, Eric assumed the position of a Stevedoring Manager at their Oakland Container Facility. His expertise and leadership skills quickly earned him the role of Regional Account Manager, where he oversaw import and export logistics sales for 11 western states. His client base ranged from small family-run businesses to Fortune 500 companies, providing him with a diverse understanding of the industry.

Despite his success in the shipping industry, his extensive international travel and prolonged absences from home led him to pursue a career change. It was during this time that he discovered his true passion in Estey Real Estate. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and striving for excellence, he dedicated himself to further education and obtained additional real estate designations.

As a proud member of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Eric possesses comprehensive knowledge of the entire real estate transaction process. Completing this rigorous course of study is a testament to his commitment and places him among the top 10% of REALTORS® nationwide. Furthermore, he earned the Senior Real Estate Service (SRES) designation, highlighting his expertise in assisting senior and Baby Boomer clients within any community.

Currently serving as the President of the Contra Costa County Chapter of the National Association of Property Managers, he is deeply involved in the industry. He is also in the final stages of completing a two-year program in Property Management, which will qualify him as a certified Residential Property Management Professional (RMP).

On a more personal note, Eric and his family are deeply committed to their community and actively contribute to its betterment. As the Youth Services Chair of the Benicia Rotary Club, he works closely with local children, striving to enhance their lives and future prospects. He is also actively involved in his local church and is always ready to lend a helping hand.
