Following the announcement, the store offers a high-tech solution developed to manage chronic neck pain. The device soothes the neck through heat and electrotherapy while creating incline traction.

With the launch of this innovative device, Desk Jockey seeks to extend the options available for pain relief and address the growing need for combating the physical effects of the sedentary lifestyle that has become increasingly prevailing.
According to an article by Cagnie et al, there is a strong correlation between working for long periods in a seated position and developing neck pain. In their research, about 50% of surveyed office workers reported prolonged neck pain.
A tool such as the Dynamic Neck Traction Therapy Device offered by Desk Jockey can help to mitigate that chronic pain by realigning the neck, stretching sore muscles, and stimulating nerves.
The device has automatic pneumatic traction that lifts the neck and gently stretches it to relieve tension. It has three modes: a light stretch, a more intense stretch, and a third mode that alternates between the two.
It also heats the neck, helping muscles to loosen and soothing inflammation. The user can switch between three intensities of heat as desired.
Lastly, the device provides electrotherapy, which uses low-frequency impulses to stimulate nerve cells. All the device's therapeutic functions can be adjusted with a handheld controller.
