Christina Girton's New Book 'Veggie Nightmares' Tells the Charming Tale of a Young Boy Who Learns to Conquer His Fear of Vegetables and Learn About Proper Nutrition
Aug 12, 2022
Fulton Books author Christina Girton, a personal trainer and coach who opened a fitness facility with her husband, has completed her most recent book "Veggie Nightmares": a delightfully engaging story that follows Owen, a young boy, who experienced nightmares with monstrous vegetables every night.
"Get ready to jump, climb, run and swim through Owen's 'nightmares' as he faces his fear of vegetables!" shares Girton. "Owen does not like his veggies because anything that green can't be good right? But these veggies start to show up in his dreams! Owen finds his courage and discovers that vegetables can help him feel better and think clearly. Find out how he wins against his nightmares!"
Published by Fulton Books, Christina Girton's book shows the importance of eating vegetables, and how a properly balanced diet can help one focus and perform better at school and other activities in life. Readers of all ages will enjoy learning about how vegetables can improve one's life while following along with the colorful artwork that illustrates Owen's journey.
As Owen's diet improves and he begins to incorporate more vegetables into his daily meals, his nightmares change, and he is able to defeat the monsters in his dreams using his new powers. But will he keep up his improved diet, or slip back into his old habits and allow his fears to win?
Readers who wish to experience this adorable work can purchase "Veggie Nightmares" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes & Noble.
