With the announcement, customers can dine in at the South Ridge Street Alley kitchen, or at one of the carts’ sidewalk seating areas. Crepes can also be split and wrapped to take away.
For savory crepes, customers can build filling combinations from protein options including pepperoni, roast chicken, and flank steak. A variety of soft and hard cheeses is available and jumbo eggs are served until 11.30 am. Customers can add various vegetables, such as tomatoes, mushrooms, and red bell peppers, and top their crepes with mustard and herb sauces.
In Crêpes à la Cart Kitchen’s sweet selection customers can combine fruit and chocolate and add sauces such as chantilly cream and dulce de leche. Liquor options are available, and toppings include nuts and marshmallows, amongst many others. In addition, cheese can be added for sweet-savory flavor pairings.
Customers can take inspiration for their crepe creations from the set menus which include a breakfast service available until mid-morning. Specialties include the BEST Crepe which stands for bacon, eggs, spinach, and tomato, topped with garlic aioli.
Holidaymakers and those with a big appetite could opt for The Summit Breck-Fast with steak and bacon, inspired by the town’s mountainous scenery. For vegetarians, the kitchen offers Veggie Lovers or Complete Vegetarian choices. Set sweet crepes include classics like Crepe Suzette and options based on popular confections, such as S’mores.
Founded in 2000, Crêpes à la Cart Kitchen has evolved through different models and expanded to 3 Colorado locations. Customers can place orders in person or online.
A satisfied customer said: “Friendly staff greet you ready to take your order. This place is the best. Huge crepes are made to order by the very skilled staff. This is definitely a must-stop spot in Breck. Great vibes, very chilled, and very delicious.”
