The restaurant serves savory, sweet, and breakfast crepes with a recently expanded variety of fillings, toppings, and sauces. The menu includes cheese, protein, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Highlights from the savory selection include the Chicken Florentine with Swiss cheese, chicken, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and dill and chive sauce. The Pizza Crepe contains shredded mozzarella with marinara sauce, garlic, crushed red pepper, and parmigiana. Pepperoni and vegetables can be added. Customers can also choose from Veggie Lover’s and Complete Vegetarian crepes and opt for gluten-free batter.
The kitchen’s breakfast menu combines savory fillings and egg, bacon, and fruit sides. Specialty dishes include The Summit Breck-Fast with a jumbo fried egg, flank steak, bacon, mushrooms, and hollandaise sauce with cheese and jalapeno extras. The Minturn Special includes smoked salmon, jumbo egg, brie, red onion, spinach, dill and chive sauce, and optional capers.
The creperie’s sweet varieties encompass Nutella, chocolate, lemon souffle, crepe Suzette, bananas foster, caramel nut brownie, German apple strudel, strawberry shortcake flavors, and much more. In addition to the set menu, customers can choose ingredient combinations to design their own crepes. Crepes can be split and wrapped to go upon request.
Crepes a la Cart Kitchen began as a street food cart in 2000 that expanded to 2 stalls in Breckenridge and Silverthorne. The company subsequently opened its kitchen premises with expanded cooking equipment and indoor and sidewalk seating.
