Two popular Boca Raton, Florida restaurants, the Juice and Java Cafe and the Fresh Kitchen of Boca Raton, which were owned by the Levinson Management Group, have merged. The site explains that the combination of locally sourced, high quality ingredients and the low impact kitchen is based on the philosophy that wellness is more than just personal; it is important to extend that wellness to the environment too.

In harmony with the high quality food on offer is the selection of freshly made juice drinks, with an emphasis on wholesome, natural juices and smoothies that offer a tasty health kick.
