Betty Simmons, Recognized by BestAgents.us as a 2024 Top Agent

New York City, New York Jan 25, 2024 (Issuewire.com) - Betty, a Broker Associate, is Team Lead of The Betty Simmons Team at RE/MAX Premier Realty in Prairie Village, Kansas.

Extending her expertise to both Kansas and Missouri, Betty specializes in residential real estate, catering to buyers, sellers, and investors. Her comprehensive knowledge encompasses rental properties, property management, bank-owned foreclosures, and the intricacies of renovating older homes. She also offers staging services to enhance the appeal of properties for sellers.

In her second year in real estate, Betty observed a slowdown in the market. As a RE/MAX real estate sales agent, she responded by establishing Rental Home KC (RHKC) to assist builders and private homeowners in leasing properties that weren't selling, or were not feasible to sell in the depressed market. At the same time, Betty worked with investors to leverage that depressed market to find opportunities for long term investments.

Nowadays, as a full-service home leasing company, RHKC specializes in matching up rental homes that fit each family's specific needs and requirements, and has assisted with relocations from all over the world. What began with two properties has evolved into a business managing over 250 properties, successfully leasing more than 1100 properties in just 13 years.

Having resided in the Johnson County, Kansas area for over 35 years, Betty focuses on real estate in this region. Investors appreciate the comprehensive services provided by RHKC and The Betty Simmons Team, recognizing that Betty and her team can handle everything from identifying a property and determining repair costs to negotiating the sale, leasing the property, and managing the entire process--all through one team of professionals.

Among her professional affiliations, Betty is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, an Olathe Chamber Senior Ambassador, a member of the Olathe Chamber of Commerce since 1989, and a member of the Investor's Guild.

Her outstanding contributions have garnered numerous accolades, including the Platinum Club Award for multiple years and consistently ranking as the Five-Star Agent in the Top 1% of Kansas City for the past 16 years. Alongside these honors, Betty has been a recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award for nine consecutive years, the 5 Star Award in Customer Service in 2008-2024, the Ambassador of the Year Award in 2016, the Dana Ketterling Volunteer of the Year Award in 2020, and the 5 Star Legends Award in 2024 - to name a few.

In 2024, Forbes acknowledged Betty as a market leader in Kansas City, further solidifying her reputation in the industry. Anticipating her upcoming Lifetime Achievement Award in the same year, she attributes her success to the art of building relationships that foster satisfied clients and encourage repeat business.
