A New Chapter in Latin America: SOUEAST Launches the S06 DM in Argentina

Buenos Aires, Argentina, November 3, 2026 -- SOUEAST made its brand debut at an auto show in Buenos Aires, where it officially announced the launch of the S06 DM in Argentina, further expanding its presence in Latin America.
Deepening Presence in Latin America and Expanding Global Reach
Since its brand renewal in 2024, SOUEAST has steadily expanded its global presence. Its business now spans 52 countries and regions across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America — including recent entries into Chile, Peru, Mexico and Panama.
The launch of the S06 DM in Argentina strengthens SOUEAST’s product lineup in Latin America. As one of the region’s key automotive markets, Argentina, with its diverse consumer needs, presents new opportunities for the brand’s growth. By 2030, SOUEAST aims to expand its business to more than 80 countries and regions worldwide, extending its international footprint.
S06 DM: Hybrid Power for Every Journey
As an Urban Stylish SUV, the S06 DM is SOUEAST’s first model in Argentina. Designed for young families who are passionate about cars and prioritize driving experiences, this model combines distinctive design, a turbocharged engine and intelligent comfort features, which balance driving enjoyment and family mobility needs.
At the auto show, SOUEAST set up a dedicated 100㎡stand. The exhibition has attracted more than 20,000 visitors, providing an opportunity for SOUEAST to raise local market awareness and reach a wider audience.
From the Andes in the west and expansive plains in the east to the Patagonian Plateau in the south, Argentina’s vast territory and diverse landscapes place varying demands on the performance, driving range and road adaptability of a vehicle. Powered by the 1.5TD Super Hybrid System, the S06 DM delivers a maximum power of 255kW and accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 7.9s. With a combined range of over 850km and fuel consumption of 4.9L/100km in charge-depleting mode, the model balances dynamic performance and long-distance capability. Moreover, it features a 15.6-inch central control screen and automatic dual-zone air conditioning, ensuring a convenient and comfortable driving experience that meets young families’ expectations for intelligence and comfort.
A Long-Term Commitment to Latin America’s Future
Going forward, SOUEAST will deepen its presence across Latin America by gradually expanding its sales network, enhancing its after-sales service system and introducing more models tailored to local needs, giving local consumers more mobility options. Meanwhile, the brand will continue to develop its positioning as a “Travel Companion”, strengthening its influence through products and services that better reflect local consumer needs.
