1-800-Plumber +Air set to open in Clearwater, FL
Apr 1, 2022
CLEARWATER, FL - April 1, 2022 —
With two decades of experience running a successful, local plumbing business, Thiago Guedes is joining the 1-800-Plumber +Air brand as the newest Florida franchise owner. Guedes will be converting his existing business to the 1-800-Plumber +Air brand into two 1-800-Plumber +Air territories in the Clearwater, FL market.
“I’ve been the owner of TNG Mechanical LLC for nearly two decades, and I’m very familiar with the home service industry,” said Guedes. “I’m excited to convert my existing operations to the 1-800-Plumber +Air brand and take advantage of its business support and established reputation in the industry.”
The Clearwater team joins a brand with proven experience of running one of the only combined plumbing and HVAC franchise opportunities on the market today. His familiarity of the home service industry wasn’t the only thing that attracted Guedes to opening a 1-800-Plumber +Air franchise.
“The fact that I can continue to grow my business locally with the support of a national brand is exciting to me,” said Guedes. “I’m ready to continue to serve my community.”
1-800-Plumber +Air is focused on building teams with diverse experiences and backgrounds to ensure the collective success of the brand. 1-800-Plumber +Air franchise owners share a passion for becoming better versions of themselves, constantly exceeding expectations, providing customers with superior service, and wanting to do so with a team of people behind them.
“Thiago brings a wealth of industry knowledge and we know he has what it takes to run a successful team,” said Mark Collins, CEO, 1-800-Plumber +Air. “I’m looking forward to seeing Thiago and his team continue to be successful in their market.”
